Meet Your Guide

Hey, I’m Tori!

Yoga found me before I knew I needed it. I’ve been practicing yoga since I was a little kid. My dad was a yogi, and I grew up seeing how this practice could help me move through life with more ease and awareness. In 2022, I completed my first yoga teacher training, and teaching quickly became a dream come true. I love connecting with people and creating classes that feel good, supportive, and kind. I really value spaces where you can just show up as you are.

I am originally from Long Island, New York, but now I call Nicaragua home, where the ocean, jungle, and my furry friends keep me grounded and inspired. Surfing is one of my favorite ways to connect with the water and stay present.

I’m studying to become a therapist and enjoy exploring how movement and breath support the mind and body. I’m still learning, still growing, and embracing the process as it unfolds.

This practice isn’t about perfect poses or doing it “right.” It’s about showing up, breathing, and moving in a way that feels good for you.
